Where are you from?

My name is Mohammad. I come from Iran. I was born in a small city, Sardasht, in the northwest, and later moved to Tehran after graduation. In 2022, I immigrated to Germany. 

Why (what was your motivation) to apply/start at KMS?

I work as a software developer at KMS. More specifically, my team is responsible for creating a new platform and migrating legacy code. It's a challenging yet enjoyable experience to approach problems from a different perspective.

What precisely do you do at KMS?

To be honest, I didn't know much about the company initially. I was introduced to KMS by a friend, Ardalan, who invited me for an interview. During the interviews, we discussed the business, company culture, and upcoming challenges, and I developed an interest.

What are you excited about at KMS?

For me, it's a top priority to find peace of mind, equity, and equality within the company. Along with this spirit of cooperation and empathy, I believe that a friendly atmosphere significantly boosts productivity. We have all of these at KMS. Additionally, working with people from diverse countries, cultures, and languages contributes to intellectual growth and is genuinely exciting.

What surprised you the most about KMS?

 Thanks to the friendly and warm behavior of my colleagues, I quickly felt like a part of the team and the company. I found it fascinating how much they value peace of mind and the thoughts of individuals, and how open they are to listening to each other's opinions.
