Where are you from?

I grew up in northern Hesse and then moved to Potsdam to study. And now I live in Berlin.

Why (what was your motivation) to apply/start at KMS?

I wasn't actively looking for a new challenge, but the mobility sector has always interested me.

What precisely do you do at KMS?

After meeting former colleagues, I got talking to Artur (product manager at KMS) about his work at KMS. The following conversations with the team became more and more promising and I realized that the team at KMS must be great. In the end, it was my gut feeling I had about the future tasks and the team that convinced me to take this step. Now I have moved from the digital public sector to the field of solutions for mobility service providers.

As Product Delivery Manager, I am responsible for the further development and rollout of our product solutions. An important part of this is communicating with all relevant stakeholders to constantly develop and challenge our products.

What are you excited about at KMS?

I enjoy working in a varied and exciting industry. The mobility sector is constantly changing, driven by AI, e-mobility, and alternative mobility offers. Combined with the positive work culture, which is characterized by values such as a positive mindset, trust, and growing together as a team, it is particularly fun to drive these topics forward together and bring mobility solutions to the next level.

What surprised you the most about KMS?

What surprised me was the fact that what was promised is actually “lived” here: An open and above all trust-based feedback culture, a healthy working atmosphere, and the motivation to work together on new solutions for changing (user) problems.
